After using TeamViewer for years, an application that is very good at screen sharing and team cooperation, I wanted t try something else and picked up AnyDesk, it was fast, tiny and stable. The alias will be bound to the corresponding ID and cannot be altered or reassigned. Lite / Professional / Power license with a public namespace (you@ad): Users can change a chosen alias up to three times on my.anydesk.com, always depending on whether this public alias is not yet taken by any other user in the AnyDesk network.

Remote Technical Support (RTS) facilitates direct connection to your AVA station, allowing one to one interactive assistance often providing much quicker and accurate trouble shooting.
AVA currently uses two options for RTS, AnyDesk and TeamViewer. To set up remote connection your work station and to log a remote technical support ticket, follow steps below:
1. Download & Install A Remote Connection Application
Choose ‘Preferences’ and tick the ‘Show AnyDesk ID instead of alias’ tick box. Close the preference window. AnyDesk will display a 9 figure address to the top right. Fill in the request form at the bottom of this page, entering your 9 figure address into the ‘Address/ID’ field. Click ‘Submit’ to send the request. • Please copy and paste the random password from the Teamviewer window into the ‘Password’ field. This field only shows as uppercase letters. Copy and pasting the password ensure that we receive any mixed cases within the password.
